Cancellations

At Ink & Glow Laser Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: Charged full service price.

2. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a $50 cancellation fee may apply.

3. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
